Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the NoBull Burgers to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
Remove the NoBull Burgers from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
In the same skillet, add the olive oil, sliced bell peppers, and red onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the NoBull Burgers to the skillet with the vegetables and pour the soy sauce mixture over everything.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the sauce is evenly distributed.
To assemble the lettuce wraps, take a large lettuce leaf and place a NoBull Burger on top.
Add some of the cooked vegetables on top of the burger.
Sprinkle with optional toppings such as cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds, if desired.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and NoBull Burgers.
