As the leaves start to fall, and the air begins to cool, our cravings for warm meals fill our mind. Typically thoughts of creams, heavy soups and pasta dishes kickstart the fall season. But, what if we told you, we had some yummy recipes that not only will keep your belly warm, but will also fill you up with the nutrition your body needs!

Here are some ways to create colorful dishes this fall!

Sautéed Veggies!


  • 1 zucchini 
  • 1 eggplant 
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 cups of spinach 
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1 yellow onion 
  • 1 tbs. of salt 
  • 1 tbs. of pepper
  • 1 tbs. of garlic powder
  • 1 NoBull Burger flavor of your choosing!


  1. Add 2 tbs. of olive oil into a pan
  2. Add in garlic and onions 
  3. Once cooked, add all veggies into pan and cook to your liking
  4. Once veggies are cooked, add in your NoBull Burger for the perfect veggie-filled meal!

NoBull Spaghetti Zoodles!


  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • NoBull Burger flavor of your choosing!


  1. Using a spiralizer, make zoodles with the zucchini.
  2. In a skillet over low to medium heat, melt the butter and add the olive oil. Add the zoodles and NoBull, and cook until tender, but still crunchy!

NoBull Pasta Primavera


  • Penne pasta
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh veggies including:
  •  Red onion
  • Carrot
  • Broccoli
  • Bell pepper
  • Yellow squash
  • Zucchini
  • Tomatoes
  •  Garlic
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmigiano, divided
  • Italian NoBull Burger


  1. Boil the Pasta: First you’ll bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, then cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Saute Vegetables: While the pasta is boiling, cook the veggies so they will finish at the same time as the pasta. To do so, heat olive oil in a 12-inch (and deep) skillet over medium-high heat. Add red onion and carrot and sauté 2 minutes.
  3. Add Italian NoBull Burger to skillet and let cook for 2 minutes before adding in the veggies.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper then sauté 2 minutes. Add squash and zucchini then sauté 2 – 3 minutes or until veggies have nearly softened.Add garlic tomatoes, and Italian seasoning and sauté 2 minutes longer.
  5. Toss pasta and veggies together with seasonings: Pour veggies into now empty pasta pot or a serving bowl, add drained pasta, drizzle in lemon juice, season with a little more salt as needed and toss while adding in pasta water to loosen as desired.
  6. Toss in 1/4 cup parmigiano and parsley then serve with remaining parmesan on top.
